The residents of Ifedayo community over the weekend experienced another political jamboree when their formidable political group (Timo-Fed Social Political Group) played host to Ward 8 Chairman of All Progressives Congress, Ifo Constituency 2, Pastor Jeremiah Adeyemi Oke.

Pastor Oke expressed his happiness for the warm reception as people came out to show their interests in political activities and  also their commitments towards the development of the community. 

According to the elder stateman “as we all know that politics is a game of number, and it starts from the grassroots, most of us, as the leaders of the party have resolved to give the people of the grass roots the sense of belongings and make sure they trust us and also have confidence in whoever they present as their leader and also give him or her full supports.

Elders present at the event seized the opportunity in turn to advise the community dwellers. Dr. Elohim, Elder Bamisaye Samuel, Elder Ibu-Oye, Baba Oyinbo (Niyi Ogungbade and Mr. Odedele counselled that people should shun the idea of politics with bitterness, while Alhaja Abeeni (Woman Leader) enjoin the women to come out en mass to make sure that their votes count.

As a new formidable political group, Pastor Oke seized the opportunity to introduced some of Timo-Fed executives to the guests at the event. 

The excos include Pastor & Pastor Mrs. Oluwatosin Timothy, (Leader ), Alhaji Nasiru Adeyemi, Chairman, Mr. Ismaila Adebowale, Vice-Chairman, Pastor Opeyemi Ramon (Secretary), Mrs. Idiat Bamgbola (Woman Leader) and Mr. Hamzat Samsudeen (P.R.O) while Mr. Babatunde Oguntoye is Chief Adviser to the group.

In her remarks, leader of the group Honourable Oluwatosin Timothy thank the Ward 8 Chairman and his entourage  towards their leadership roles and fatherly advice. “We recognize your immense contribution and commitment to the growth of the party in this area, we are using this opportunity to assure you of our supports, we shall not let you down.” She pledged.
